I have been looking through my archives recently and revisited this fall wedding I photographed at the Misselwood Estate at Endicott College from 2012. Sometimes weddings or portrait sessions don’t make it to the blog for whatever reason, but this one was one of my favorites and I wanted to share it. Amanda and Mike got ready at the Hawthorne Hotel in Salem and made their way to Misselwood where they had such a sweet and tearful first look. They had a beautiful ceremony overlooking the water at the estate. Probably the most memorable part of the day for me was their reception dance floor because it included a competitive sing-off between the bride and groom’s sides which even now I can only describe as ridiculously amazing. Looking back on these photos was so much fun and gave me a chance to reflect on what wonderful couples I’ve had the honor of working with.
