It’s been quieter on the blog these last few months, but I promise I’m planning to catch up on all of the engagements and weddings that I’ve worked on since earlier this year! To start I just wanted to share a preview of the engagement sessions that will be making their way onto the blog soon. I can’t wait to share more!

Rebecca and Zach were married this summer at the beautiful Wychmere Beach Club in Harwich Port, MA. Their Jewish ceremony took place after sunset, meaning they and their guests were able to enjoy cocktails and each other’s company before things officially got started. Rain clouds rolled in at one point and the ceremony was delayed due to the weather, but that was what I loved so much about the day – Β nothing was rushed, and they just waited for the skies to clear and signal that it was time to head out onto the sand.Β I don’t know if I could have described a more romantic ceremony: after sunset, on the beach, candlelit, and amongst closest family and friends. Here are some of my favorites from the day!

Alicia and Jose were married this spring at the Wequassett Resort and Golf Club, a fantastic venue on the Cape. The day was absolutely gorgeous! There were so many things to love about it, including the intimate ceremony Β overlooking the water, theΒ fifty closest friends and family they had in attendance, and all of the love and excitement emanating from the guests. They poured their hearts over warm toasts and long embraces and, of course, on the dance floor! One of my favorite parts of the day was when Alicia surprised Jose, who loves exotic cars, with his wedding gift during cocktail hour: a rented Lamborghini to cruise around in for the day! It was a big hit with Jose, and the rest of the guests, and drew almost as much attention as the bride and groom that day. ;)
OPEN POSTI don’t often go to the North End unless it’s to sample one of the many restaurants there, so when Paige suggested that we go there for her and Paul’s engagement session I was excited for the opportunity to explore the area and find some cozy spots for photos. What I love about Boston is that there are so many greats places in any neighborhood to take great shots, and the North End is no exception with its small streets, green parks, and views of the water. I enjoyed our time there, visiting Paige and Paul’s old neighborhood and getting to know the two of them better. We ended the session with some images along the Rose Kennedy Greenway. Looking through these images makes me excited for their wedding coming up soon at the Bramble Hill Farm!
OPEN POSTIt’s rare that I go outside the city for an engagement session, but it was so much fun to catch a ride with Sam and Petar to the beach in Scituate and capture some images of them together along the water. They don’t consider themselves city people, so I was happy accommodate a location where they felt more in their element. It was such a beautiful day, and Sam and Petar are just so wonderful together. Stay tuned for more images of them from their recent wedding at the Seaport Hotel!
