On a beautiful Sunday a couple of months ago, Sarah and Peter were married at St. Mary Orthodox Church in Central Square in Cambridge. While they also had a celebratory dinner later that evening, I was there to capture the earlier parts of day: Sarah getting ready, walking over to the church, the ceremony, and some beautiful portraits of her and Peter before we all went down to see the guests for drinks (and cookies!) in the church. It was such a lovely, intimate day, and so much fun to photograph a wedding just a few blocks from my own apartment! Here are some of my favorites.

Melissa and Stephen are getting married in just a few days! Last month we spent some time around Faneuil Hall for their engagement session. That area of Boston is always so crazy to walk around in – so many people! – but Melissa and Stephen let everyone else melt away, and during our session it really felt like it was just the two of them. I love when I can tell a couple has so much fun together, and in this case it was evident by their silly exchanges and all of the laughter during our shoot. We also visited the bench where they first met, and where he proposed. They’ll be having an intimate, backyard wedding in Fairhaven, and I couldn’t be more excited for it!

I’m trying to play catch-up with my blogging, and, while I usually like to go in order of when I shoot my sessions, I had to bump Tammy and Tony up since their wedding is this Saturday! It was so fun looking back on my time with them at the Boston Public Garden last month. Can you tell just how smitten these two are with each other? I’m so looking forward to seeing them in just a few days for their Chinese and Vietnamese ceremonies this weekend!

Rebecca and Zach and I met up for their engagement session along the Boston waterfront and made our way over to Christopher Columbus Park, one of my favorite spots. We lucked out with some gorgeous light peeking through the arbor and city buildings, perfect for keeping us warm on that chilly May day! You’ll be seeing more of Rebecca and Zach soon on the blog as they are getting married this weekend at the Wychmere Beach Club on Cape Cod! I can’t tell you how excited I am to see them again and to document their day.

I spent a beautiful April day with Rich and Brian documenting their wedding at the Fairmont Battery Wharf. They were married and held their cocktail hour just outside the hotel overlooking the Boston harbor, followed by dinner and dancing indoors as the sun went down. My favorite parts of the day were their absolutely adorable ring bearers, sweet and tearful ceremony, bubbly Prosecco favors, the choice of multiple cakes (because why have only one?!), and the energy on the dance floor. I couldn’t have asked for more perfect people to work with nor a more perfect venue!
