Dana and Corey were married at the Seaport Hotel in Boston in September. The day was beautifully bright – from their beaming faces to the sunshine and all of the love surrounding them from their friends and family. I’ve photographed ceremonies in the rotunda a few times in the past but this was the first wedding where the bride walked down the staircase to make her entrance and it was so fun to hear the little collective gasp from the guests as they saw her come down. I also loved the pops of color their bouquets and floral arrangements added to the day, done by the oh so talented team at Blooms of Hope. Such a special day to be a part of!
OPEN POSTThis is a fun session to share because I’ve known Chun since I first moved to the Boston area almost 8 years ago. She is the sweetest! We met through my husband and mutual friends and that first year here I spent a lot of nights at her apartment hanging out with everyone. Eventually Chun left Boston for medical school but when she moved back recently and got engaged to Marc, I was so happy for her! Even more I was so honored when she asked me to be their wedding photographer. So looking forward to capturing their celebration here this May!
OPEN POSTGlory and David were married on a summer day at Memorial Church in Harvard Yard and then held their afternoon reception at the Harvard Faculty Club. I adore weddings like theirs that feel simultaneously big and small (big love filling up an intimate venue!). Such a beautiful afternoon!
OPEN POSTHappy 2016! I still have many shoots left to share from 2015, so let’s just get started with this right here: an end-of-summer engagement session with Chris and Jackson. They enjoy spending time at coffeeshops together so we started out with some drinks at Tatte Bakery in Beacon Hill first before heading out to walk through the rest of the neighborhood. We then found our way down the esplanade and ended with a walk along the Charles as the sun went down. Such a lovely afternoon with these two!

It was such a pleasure to photograph Steph & Jake’s wedding at Tupper Manor this summer. They started with a ceremony at Immaculate Conception in Salem followed by portraits at a private residence that they rented out for the day, right along the water. The whole day was lovely and intimate with a classic, subtly coastal vibe. Congrats again to these two!
