Scott and Wayne live in Chicago so it was tough for us to find a time for their engagement session in Boston, but we managed to squeeze in an hour at the Arnold Arboretum two days before their wedding. It was a rush of emotions since they had literally just landed a couple of hours before this session and were busy gearing up for their amazing wedding weekend. I’m so glad we made the time to do this because I love so many of the images we got that day. It’s already been a month since their wedding in Harvard Square but I’m looking forward to sharing those on the blog very soon!

Kathy & Marc’s wedding was held at the Colonnade Hotel in Boston. It turned out to be a very stormy day, with so much wind that the rain was coming down sideways! This didn’t dampen their spirits, however; Kathy and Marc, along with their family and friends, were absolutely beaming and filled the day with so much light and love. They really couldn’t stop smiling all day! We got some lovely indoor shots of them at the hotel too – what a fun interior to work with! Here are some of my favorites from their wedding day.

Lee Tae and Tyler are getting married next July and I couldn’t be more excited. We met for the first time at World’s End in Hingham, MA a couple of months ago and had fun exploring the paths for their engagement shoot. They wanted the shoot to be outdoors and casual and I think it worked out perfectly. Lee Tae brought along a flower crown she’d made too – such a sweet accessory!

Anna and Brian were married at the Lyman Estate in Waltham, MA. We couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful day for their intimate outdoor ceremony on the lawn, followed by cocktails along the veranda, and then a reception inside the ballroom. They kept it simple and had their closest family and friends by their sides to assist throughout their getting ready and also as the officiant and readers during the ceremony. I had such a lovely time documenting their day for them. My favorites are below!
Lily and Andy held their wedding at Cinquecento, an Italian restaurant right in the city. Being self-proclaimed foodies, it only made sense to do something a little less traditional and throw an unforgettable dinner party for their closest family and friends. There were so many things I loved about this wedding, particularly its intimate size, the focus on food, and that we got to spend some time getting beautiful portraits of Lily and Andy at the Boston Public Garden before the ceremony. And of course the details! Their art deco-inspired details and gorgeous florals went beautifully with Cinquecento’s decor. Lily’s dress is also a favorite of mine, and she looked absolutely stunning in it! I could go on and on, so let’s get to the photos…
