Kate and Rob are such a genuinely kind and sweet couple, and they are a great example that love can be worth the wait. Like Kate’s brother-in-law said in his speech to them, it truly was meant to be that no one else snagged either of these amazing individuals up earlier so that they could find each other when the time was right. It was a pleasure shooting their ceremony at St. Paul Church and their reception at the Wellesley College Club!

OPEN POSTCarrie & Adam had an intimate wedding at the Boston Public Garden last June. The afternoon started out with a first look on the rooftop of their Back Bay apartment and with some portraits around the esplanade. It was a beautiful, tear-filled ceremony and despite being in the middle of the such a public spot, it really felt like they were the only ones there. They then continued their celebrations at the Skywalk of the Prudential Center. Such a sweet day!

OPEN POSTI met up with Lily and Andy (and Polly!) at the Arnold Arboretum last summer for their engagement shoot. They warned me that it’s really hard for Andy to smile for photos, so I took it as a challenge…and I think I managed just fine. ;) Can’t wait to share more of these two from their wedding at Cinquecento in Boston!

Sharing a few from Anna and Brian’s engagement session around MIT’s campus from the spring. MIT is where Anna and Brian both met and where they’re currently studying/working, so it holds a special place in their hearts. I’m always a sucker for these Cambridge shoots since I live here myself and love shooting around my neighborhood. There’ll be more of these two soon on the blog, of their beautiful wedding at the Lyman Estate this past fall!
OPEN POSTMiranda and Andrew were married at the Seaport Hotel in Boston this spring. There were so many fun details throughout the day, including the fact that Andrew himself made their wedding rings(!) as well as his gifts to his groomsmen (tie clips and cuff links), that the ceremony music was played by her father and other family members (their band even made another appearance at the reception), and also that their choice of sunflowers in their florals were inspired by Miranda’s eyes (beautiful!). All in all, I had a wonderful time with these two that day and couldn’t have more honored to photograph their love-filled celebration!
